The Civil Session No. 05/Pdt.G/2023/PN was conducted by the Solok District Attorney, in this instance the State Attorney led by Kasi Datun Yondra Permana and Siti Afrianti, Sh, Essa Trilarasati, SH, as the Attorney for the Solok Regency Government. After the mediation procedure failed, on May 9, 2023, the lawsuit against the land owned by the Solok Regency Government was read aloud.
